Our company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing daily accounting activities. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are important qualifications for this position. In this role, you will support the daily functions of the administrative team and report to the Administrative & Financial Manager.

What you’ll be doing …

  • Maintaining the financial system in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Reconciling general ledger accounts
  • Following-up on all discrepancies related to sales and expenses
  • Preparing quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes
  • Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
  • Sending monthly statements to customers via financial software
  • Coordinating bank deposits
  • Generating customer invoices and assisting with collections as needed
  • Interfacing with company CRM
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum three-years of bookkeeping experience required
  • Complete understanding of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce understanding is desirable
